Terms of Service

By using PhoneBulance services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Repair Services

PhoneBulance provides diagnostic, repair, maintenance, and related services for smartphones, tablets, computers, gaming consoles, and other electronic devices. While we strive to complete repairs successfully, certain issues may be beyond repair due to existing damage, manufacturer restrictions, or unforeseen complications.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Repair estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of inspection. Additional issues discovered during the repair process may require additional authorization and charges before work proceeds.

3. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for backing up all data before submitting a device for service. PhoneBulance is not responsible for the loss of data, applications, contacts, photos, videos, or other information stored on devices.

4. Parts and Components

We use high-quality replacement parts whenever available. Certain repairs may involve aftermarket, OEM, or refurbished components depending on device availability and customer preference.

5. Warranty

Most repairs include a limited warranty covering defects in replacement parts and workmanship. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, physical abuse, unauthorized repairs, software issues, or damage unrelated to the original repair.

6. Device Inspection

Devices may be tested before and after repair to verify functionality. By submitting a device for service, you authorize PhoneBulance technicians to perform necessary diagnostic procedures.

7. Concierge Service

VIP Concierge Service appointments are subject to availability and may include additional service fees. Travel fees, appointment windows, and service areas may vary.

8. Limitation of Liability

PhoneBulance’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the repair service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost business, lost profits, or loss of data.

9. Abandoned Devices

Devices left unclaimed for more than 30 days after repair completion or customer notification may be considered abandoned and may be disposed of in accordance with applicable laws.

10. Changes to Terms

PhoneBulance reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
